We’re sorry your purchase didn’t work out for you. To make a return, please first reach out to us and send an email from the email address to which the Customer created the account to [email protected]. In the email, the Customer should specify the reasons for filing a refund and a total number of a bank card or other means of payment from which the Customer paid for the Services.

To ensure your exchange or credit is processed as quickly as possible and to help you avoid a return adjustment, please follow the below checklist:

  1. If your proxy-sale purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within two weeks (14 days) of purchase, except for the week product, which can not be returned after the period of 3 days from the purchase has passed.
  2. You may cancel your account and claim a full refund (excluding any fees) in the following cases:
    • the inability to connect to IP;
    • lack of the necessary IP location;
    • lack of IP for your chosen purpose of use;
    • the inoperability of the proxy you purchased and the inability to replace it with another;
    • IP purchasing for a purpose prohibited by the terms of use on our website proxy-sale.com.
  3. You also can claim a partial refund. Issuing partial refunds allows us to retain partial payments of a particular Service, rather than issuing 100% of the refunds.
  4. We issue most refunds in 2 days.
  5. All refunds will be made to the original form of payment used for purchase. The Customer can get a refund only to the same bank card or other means of payment with which the Services was paid. Refunds are made net of all costs for receiving, processing, and returning the payment.
  6. For payments made in cryptocurrency, the equivalent amount in US Dollars will be refunded in the same cryptocurrency (based on the exchange rate at the moment of refund).
  7. The Customer also may assert a replacement of Service in any of the following reasons:
    1. If one or more addresses were unworkable for use within a day at the time of receiving IP addresses.. We will replace it with workable IP addresses or eliminate the cause of their interoperability as soon as we receive a request.
    2. If problems happen immediately at the time of operation (except for the inability to connect to a proxy) - the IP address(es) cannot be replaced.
    3. We can replace the region or city, deducting the difference in price at the Customer’s request.
  8. Proxy-sale guarantees performance precisely for your indicated purposes when buying a proxy.
  9. Once the refund is issued to the Customer, the Customer loses access to the paid Services. However, as we are committed to your satisfaction with our Services, you can always contact a member of the team when you need assistance via this email [email protected]
